sometimes you just need to go out and have a few beers
sometimes you just need people around you who know
sometimes you just want to feel part of something
sometimes drinking on your own is ok
although sometimes this leads to a problem

i don't drink all that often
and when i do
i don't drink much
and i don't drink on my own
unless it's "a getting ready to go out" drink

i want to go out sometime soon for a drink

it's been a couple of months

i was away
then i was back
then i remembered about blogging
but it's only today that i remembered about blogging here

christmas was ok
new years was a none starter for me, it's not really something i celebrate
i did the family thing on both occasions, but that doesn't mean much
the family i have has fallen by the wayside over the last few years

there are so many things that i change and use new years as the excuse to make these changes
but i would rather change things as i need to change them, rather than bulk changing everything just because of one day

but seeing as the new year is a new start and all that
i'll have to try blogging more often

and yes I do realise it should be euphorium...
but I initially wanted utopium...
as in a little bit utopia and a little bit opium
there was a reason at the time, but I forget it now...
